Michael Gilbert Owner of e|TV Networks (www.etvnetworks.com
). e|TV develops webkiosk/wireless networks, placed into busy, affluent retail and public sites, creating a zero-cost media channel. e|TV has targeted two major markets:
Retail|Click-and-Mortar Networks: big-screen, high profile in-store webTV kiosks delivered into busy brick-and-mortar retail locations. Active|Click-and-Mortar Networks: media channels
delivered into busy brick-and-mortar sports/leisure locations (i.e. golf clubs, health clubs, sports/college/ bars, etc ). e|TV services include creative vision, user interface design, web-site
programming, e-commerce and e-community strategy and affiliations, streaming media production, advertising sales and innovative on-site promotion programs. e|TV customers have included Prudential, Home Depot,
PacBell, Northern Automotive, L.A. Municipal Courts, Egghead, Sega, National Mortgage, PruBank, Paxson, Conoco and others. VC investment has allowed the development of three original programming content
e-channels: eFit|TV, eGolf|TV and eBar|TV. Each channel is built upon a "razor/blades" business model that is based on "free kiosks" combined with personalized "sticky" 3D content, rich media,
e-commerce, e-community, broadband content, channel penetration and field marketing. In 2000, e|TV has partnered with Bilix to build "Mobile-and-Mortar" original wireless content based on e|TV's golf, fitness and
sports bar eChannels. Mr. Gilbert started his career with a tour as a U.S. Army Captain and then later as a practicing C.P.A. Mr. Gilbert earned his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Montana.
Eric Panitz Owner of Bilix Wireless Solutions and former CTO of
e|TV. Bilix is now recognized as a major developer for the wireless metrics, billing and automation industry. Bilix custom and shrink-wrapped solutions (www.pagerautomation.com) are used by more than 600 wireless businesses in the US. In
2000, Bilix has partnered with e|TV to build "Mobile-and-Mortar" original wireless content based on e|TV's golf, fitness and sports bar eChannels. Before founding Bilix, Eric joined e|TV as the CTO after
franchising and selling the Network Club to Great Expectations. Prior to founding The Network Club, Mr. Panitz worked in computer engineering for Allied Chemical. Mr. Panitz studied electrical engineering at
Vanderbilt University. 2) Where is your location(s)?

company on a short elevator ride, what would you say? mCaddy is a fun, addictive mobile phone app for golfers out on a golf course.
mCaddy turns a cell phone into a personal golf pro and game "stat cruncher: We have the infrastructure and understanding of the wireless and golf marketplace, plus a channel strategy to take advantage of the
untapped opportunities. We need the gas money (capital) to jump from designer/manufacturer to the dominant web media company in the $1.5 billion/year interactive golf world. 4) What product or service is sold? mCaddy is a free mobile app for any mobile phone user on a golf
course or driving range. mCaddy|TV is a customized netTV installed (for free) into golf proshops for mCaddy sign-up, branding and e-commerce plus Bluetooth ID and registration. 5) How big is the target market in units or number of customers?

time-series/charting/ranking/delta% programming code). The server engine is a version 5.0 and mature. No development has begun for text only mobile data
input/output - we see this as a 45-60 man-days XML/WML client-side development. 8) The "Mobile-and-Mortar" strategy is key for early branding and
